No. Our services are flexible and billed on a monthly or project basis without long-term commitments.

 

How does onboarding work?
After you book a service, you'll complete a short intake form. Then we’ll schedule a kickoff call and begin your strategy within 3 business days.

 

Will you need access to my social or email accounts?
Yes. For social media, email, or site optimization services, we’ll need secure access to platforms like Instagram, Klaviyo, or your CMS.

 

Who will I be working with?
You’ll be paired with a dedicated strategist or content specialist from our small in-house team. We don’t outsource work.

 

What if I’m not happy with the results?
While we don’t guarantee viral outcomes, we do guarantee clear communication and ongoing optimization. If something’s not working, we adjust.

 

Can I give feedback or request changes?
Yes. You’ll have checkpoints to review our work and request updates or revisions. We value collaboration.

 

How do payments work?
One-time services are paid in full before we begin. Subscriptions are charged monthly and auto-renew unless canceled before the next cycle.

 

I’m new to marketing. Can you still help me?
Yes. We work with both early-stage brands and established businesses. Our process is built to adapt to your current needs and future goals.

How do I cancel my subscription?
