Cancellation Policy

Plan Inclusions The Scale Plan includes 12 to 16 short-form videos (Reels or TikToks), 4 email campaigns, 2 SMS campaigns, 300+ targeted leads with custom outreach templates, a landing page or funnel audit, weekly social media scheduling, priority support via Slack or WhatsApp, and a monthly 45-minute strategy call. This plan is designed for brands looking to scale quickly through a full-service, multi-channel marketing approach. Payment & Billing The full monthly fee of $2,000 is due before services begin. Billing renews every 30 days on the original signup date. The $150 onboarding fee is waived for Scale Plan clients. Late or missed payments may result in delayed content delivery or paused service. Onboarding & Delivery Timeline Once payment is received, clients will complete an onboarding form and submit required brand materials including account access, logos, product info, brand voice, and any existing campaigns. Delivery begins once all materials are received. Initial deliverables (content calendar, outreach strategy, or audit) are typically shared within 5 to 7 business days. Revisions The Scale Plan includes one round of revisions per deliverable (videos, emails, SMS campaigns, outreach templates, and landing page recommendations). Revisions are limited to minor adjustments in tone, structure, or messaging. Requests for additional or major changes may require additional fees. Cancellation Policy Clients may cancel at any time with a minimum of 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle. If cancellation occurs mid-cycle, service will continue until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellations. Refund Policy Due to the nature of custom content and campaign execution, no refunds are issued once work has begun. However, we will work within the revision scope to address any concerns and deliver quality results. Ownership & Usage All content and materials created under this plan are owned by the client. The agency may showcase anonymized versions of the work in its portfolio or marketing channels unless the client opts out in writing.
